On Saturday, October 24, 10:00-2:00, Operation Medicine Cabinet Cleanout (prescription drug take-back day): The drop boxes at the police stations are available 24/7/365, but this event helps to raise awareness.

Tuesday, October 27, 10:30-12:00: Alzheimer's Assn. presentation - Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body

Friday, October 30, 2:00-3:00 p.m.: Join Grammy Award-winning ensemble Third Coast Percussion for an interactive lecture and performance.

Monday, November 2, 11:00-12:30: There will be a Virtual Medicare 101 Workshop; registration is required.

The popular Walking Club is free and usually meets three days a week (Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays) with Jerry Cantor. Walks begin at 8:00 a.m. and depart from the Lake Barton service entrance. You may register by email:

Most of the drop-in classes are physically located at the Pinn Community Center. A current NCS membership card is required to attend these classes. Registration forms are available on the website or can be completed at the front desk.
